Tennessee House Fire Claims Four Children’s Lives
Catastrophic Injury Lawyers: A house fire in Tennessee in the early morning hours of Monday, December 12, around 3:34 am, claimed the lives of four children. After receiving a call, firefighters from Springfield arrived within four minutes and found the front of the house was engulfed in flames. The four children, ages, 4, 7, 8, and 9, were discovered in the back of the home. Although the mother and two other children escaped from the home free from injuries, the children’s father and another child were brought to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville for treatment. The father remains in critical condition and no information regarding the injured child was available.
Officials suspect the Tennessee House Fire was accidental and began in the living room, which received the most damage from the fire. Other parts of the home received mostly heat and smoke damage. An investigation is underway as to the cause of the blaze.
